You will receive your order anywhere from 3-15 business days from the date that it is shipped out after your payment is authorized and verified it can still take up to 24-48 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 1 pm est will not be shipped out until at least the next day. If you order after 1 pm est on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
Sometimes, if we're really quick (and you order early in the day) we can dispatch item on the same day - as we know everyone wants their stuff fast! However, we cannot guarantee this. We'll do it when we can but it is best not to assume. Just letting you all know we'll still try our best!
All of our products are carefully inspected for quality to ensure that we give our customers only the very best. We provide 100% satisfaction refunds on all retail ítems.
Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting the order number / details as well as the e-mail address used for the order.
Orders may be cancelled and refunded at any time by the customer up to the point where the order is shipped by Universal Store London™. If a cancellation / refund request is received after this time, then the customer will be requested to receive and then return the package sent to them by Universal Store London™.
Goods must be unopened and in their original saleable condition to be eligible for a refund - once opened and/or used, refunds cannot be accepted and only returns for faulty products can be accepted at this point.
Please note that if an order has shipped when a cancellation / refund request is made, a full refund will be given to any cancellation satisfying the above conditions, minus the shipping cost to Universal Store London™.
As per the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, the customer has the right to return their order within 7 working days starting the day after receipt of their order - however, all items must be unused and unopened in their original and saleable condition. Once opened and/or used, refunds cannot be accepted and only returns for faulty products can be accepted at this point.

Some fraudsters try to steal personal information like bank card details by masquerading as a trustworthy sender in an email (this is known as phishing). By sending a message claiming to be from a legitimate person or company, they trick you into visiting or submitting your details to an unsecure site.
It might be a scam email when…
It asks for personal information like your bank or payment details, username or password
The sender’s address is different to a relevant website address
There’s a suspicious sense of urgency, like a threat that your account will be closed unless you take immediate action
It’s a generic greeting such as ‘Dear customer’
You weren’t expecting it
If you’re at all worried, don’t click on any links, open any attachments or forward these to anyone else. Instead, you could contact the company to find out if an email is trustworthy. And you can always get the information you need from their website rather than a link in an email.
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.

Your Universal Store London™ Leather item is covered by a limited warranty issued by Universal Store London (UK) Ltd for a period of one  year from the original date of purchase. Our limited warranty covers you against defects in material or workmanship. A proof of purchase is required to validate your warranty which can be a copy of the online order confirmation or a purchase receipt.
This warranty is void if the leather product has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or a valid proof of purchase is not included.
At this time, Universal Store London will not repair damaged leather products, we will replace them if the conditions of this warranty are met.
